PT// Na pequena ilha do Porto Santo, o Miradouro da Portela tem uma vista deslumbrante sobre a ilha. Daqui é visível todo o areal que lhe dá o nome de "ilha dourada", assim como os ilhéus que fazem parte do arquipélago. Nos dias claros, conseguimos observar a Ilha da Madeira ao longe. Do outro lado do miradouro, conseguimos ver a costa este da ilha com o Pico Branco, o Pico da Terra Chã e o Porto de Abrigo. Situa-se a 1,6 Km da cidade. Na mesma paragem podemos visitar os Moinhos de Vento, que se mantém intactos desde sempre e onde se produzia farinha para os navios que iam para a América. On the small island of Porto Santo, the Miradouro da Portela has a breathtaking view over the island. From here you can see the 9km beach, that gives it the name of "golden island", as well as the "ilheus" that are part of the archipelago. On clear days, we could observe the Island of Madeira, in the distance.
