PT// A catedral gótica de três naves de Bratislava foi construída no local de uma igreja românica anterior, dedicada ao Santo Salvador, de 1221. Depois de 1291, quando Bratislava recebeu os privilégios de uma cidade, a igreja foi reconstruída para se tornar parte da cidade muralhas (a sua torre servia de baluarte defensivo).
