After departure from Port St. Thomas, Royal Princess set south easterly courses through the North West Providence Channel. Once in the channel we set south-easterly courses towards New Providence Island and our next port of call Nassau. We picked up the local pilot at 11:30 and we were safely alongside at 12:30. At 19:00 that evening, with all pre departure checks completed, we let go our mooring lines and once clear of the buoyed channel we set initially a north-easterly course on our way to Port Everglades.
